Christmas V

Christmas is a time of love, family, and giveness. Some People wouldn't think Christmas as their favorite holiday. For Example, I know people who don't take Christmas seriously. They can have their opion but, I take Christmas alot serious than most people. Some People don't even like Christmas!!!! I love Christmas!!!! It is my favorite Holiday!!!! The real reason why I like Christmas is because I just like to get presents or gifts. So, I like Christmas cause it is a time to get presents and gifts. I love Christmas!!!!

Christmas III

Christmas is the way I celebrate. People celebrate Christmas in many ways. I only know two Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa is celebrated for African Americans. Hanukkah is celebrated for jewish people. My friend Dana Itani she celebrates Hanukkah. She is Jewish. Hanukkah is celebrated with a special candle thing called a minorah. It is very goldish. I have never seen one but search up minorah on google and images and you find a picture. I don't happen to have any friends that celebrate Kwanzaa because I don't have any African American friends. But, it is celebrated with a kinora. It is like a minorah but only has 7 candles. there is like different levels on a kinora and so there are 3 steps on each side and then one in the middle. So, there is a candle on the top step in the middle and then 3 on each side. On a minorah it is just regular candles set up in a row with a base holder. A kinora is considered as a candle holder. I love Christmas! It makes me happy to know that Christmas is celebrated for different people in many ways that I don't know about. Although, I know that in this world, there are more than 2 ways to celebrate Christmas. People who celebrate Hanukkah are probably happy.African Americans that celebrate Kwanzaa are sure to be happy.

Christmas II

Christmas is a holiday to have fun and be educated. It is a time of family and giveness. Although, Christmas is celebrated in many different ways.

Another way to celebrate Christmas is a holiday called Hanukkah. It is a Jewish Holiday. Hanukkah is an eight night celebration.It is celebrated with a menorah. A menorah is kinda like a candle but with a base and 8 candles instead of 1.

Hanukkah is celebrated because it is commemorating the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt of the 2nd Century BCE.

Kwanzaa is another way to celebrate Christmas. Kwanzaa is a week-long holiday celebrated throughout the world, honoring African heritage, marked by participants lighting a kinara (candle holder). It is observed from December 26 to January 1 each year. Kwanzaa consists of seven days of celebration, featuring activities such as candle-lighting and pouring of libations and culminating in a feast and gift giving. It is celebrated with African Americans.

Christmas

Some people may not think the same thing I do but Christmas is a wonderful holiday. I have alot of reasons why I like Christmas. But christmas is my favorite holiday! It is a time when you spend time with your friends and your family. To me, that is completely special. I also like Christmas because you can listen to beautiful Christmas music and you get gifts! That is wonderful to me! You can also decorate a tree which is my favorite part about Christmas! Christmas is a tradition to celebrate when Jesus was born. Most people don't take Christmas Seriously, but I do. So, if you are reading this post then comment please on why you like Christmas.

Indigo Girls Music

Indigo Girls are an American folk rock duo, consisting of Amy Ray and Emily Saliers. They got their start in Atlanta as a regular act at The Little 5 Points Pub and were tangentially part of the Athens,Georgia collage rock scene that included The B-52's, Pylon, R.E.W. , The Georgia Satellies , and Love Tracter.

Santana Band 2

The Santana Band is great. They have great songs. My Favorite Song is Maria Maria. I think Santana has a great band. It is my opinon and I am not going to change that opinon. Even though Santana music can sometimes get loud, that doesn't bother me. As long as I have music I like I don't care. The Santana Band Rocks!!!!!!!!!!

A Famous Band Called Santana

Santana is a flexible number of musicians accompanying Carlos Santana since the late 1960s. Just like Santana himself, the band is known for helping make Latin Rock famous in the rest of the world.The band was formed in 1966 in San Francisco. The first members were Carlos Santana (lead guitar), Tom Frazier (guitar), Mike Carabello (percussion), Rod Harper (drums), Gus Rodriguez (bass) and Gregg Rolie(keyboard, vocal). In the following years (and decades) the members of the group changed frequently for a number of reasons, and from 1971 to 1972 there was a brief separation between the group and Santana.
Santana himself rarely sings in his songs despite being the lead of the band. His recent hits have been frequently accompanied by a guest singer, rather than the members of the band.
In 1998, the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with Carlos Santana, Jose Chepito Areas, David Brown, Mike Carabello, Gregg Rolie and Michael Shrieve being honored.

I ripped my pants at school today while going down the slide
It wasn't just a little tear, I ripped them open wide.
Now everyone can see my purple underwear.

My Firstie!

This Summer of 2008 I went to Glen Lake Camp and I had so much fun. We camped in Cabins. They had a trampline in the water and they called it The Blog.I never did it though because I did other things that I liked better. They had a water park where there was a little itty bitty kitty pool that was so shallow I could my hands under water and walk like a crab. The best part was there was a whirl pool that you go around and around in a big circle. There were lifeguards around the pool in case someone started drowning. There was a slide that was called The Wet Wally. I only did the whirl pool. It was fun swimming in there. In each cabin you should have a staffer, we had 2 because one of the volunteers named Suzzane became a Summer Staffer. There were 6 cool summer staffers. There were Suzzane, Korrian, Jenna, Big Chris, Big John and Billy bob. It was so fun. I was gone for a whole week. I really missed my mom, dad and sister but I had a great time and I am glad that I went. The best thing is that we all got our picture tooken on some steps. It took awhile to get there. We had to go on a trailn called Silent Trail. On the trail you have to be completely silent while you go on it. If you don't you get in trouble. At Camp my friends Taylor, Alex and Patyan came with me, I had a fun time and I hope to go again. Very Very Fun!!!!!!!!!!
